  3. CONSIGNMENT SELLER shall provide an accounting, under oath, or
  4. otherwise verified, every @344 days to OWNER, each accounting
  5. being accompanied by payment in full for all sums due. Should any
  6. sums not be paid when due, then OWNER shall have the right, but 
  7. not obligation, to repossess all merchandise of OWNER's in
  8. CONSIGNMENT SELLERS possession. All sums due, but unpaid, shall
  9. bear interest at the highest legal rate applicable.
